Refund & Returns Policy

This Returns & Refund Policy is designed to ensure a fair and transparent process for all customers and complies with applicable South African consumer protection legislation.
1. Change-of-Mind Returns
You may return an item within 7 days of delivery provided that:
- The product is unused
- It remains in its original packaging
- It is in a resalable condition
2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
You may be entitled to:
- A replacement product
- A full refund
3. Hygiene Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened body care products
- Opened skincare products
- Used personal care items
This exclusion does not apply where a product is defective, damaged or supplied incorrectly.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method used for the purchase
5. Delivery Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless required by law

- The reason for the return
- Photographs of the item (if applicable)

Where necessary, we may arrange courier collection of returned items. Collection fees may apply depending on the circumstances of the return.
